Whole order took under three minutes on my phone from the job site. No phone tag, no waiting on quotes. This is how it should work.

Got a text when the truck left and another when it was 15 minutes out. That alone is worth switching from my old supplier.

I've used the big-box stores for years. The delivered price here beat them by a lot once I added their fees. No surprise charges at the end.

Frequently asked questions

Engineered wood fiber, or EWF, is a long-strand, processed wood fiber engineered specifically as a playground safety surface. The fibers interlock and compress under impact to reduce fall injuries. It is the wood-based equivalent of poured-in-place rubber and the surfacing standard recommended by ASTM F1292 (impact attenuation) and ASTM F2075 (particle gradation). Also called playground wood chips or playground safety surfacing.
